Before any work that touches your data, we agree in writing how it is handled: what is used, where it is kept, who can see it, and for how long.
In accounts you own
Wherever possible, what we set up runs in your own accounts: your inbox, your spreadsheets, your systems. If you stop, what was set up in your accounts stays yours.
Nothing shared without your yes
To price a job we only need a description of the problem, without your name. Your details are shared with anyone working on your project only when you agree.
A person approves every message
Nothing is sent to a customer, supplier or client automatically. A person on your team checks and approves each one.
Your data and AI models
Which AI services are used, and on what terms, is set out for each project in the written agreement, so you can see exactly where your data goes before you say yes.
